Just wanted to tell you that we had a power outage since 2 am this morning and the second the generator turned on I thanked God and u were second on the list!!! My husband had a few bad days this week so I wasn't coping too well with the whole electrical installation and must apologize ... they were great and worked very hard to get it done ... I can't tell u how relieved I am to have the Generac in place and to know it will be monitored regularly ! You have given us peace of mind !! We were even able to fall back to sleep last night after that alarm went off and the generator kicked on-such a gift that this was made possible by your company! The description of the generator, the installation, and all people involved were excellent. We have talked about a generator for years and decided that we should have one due to our [home] being on a well. The knowledge that we will have water and electricity in a time of a blackout is comforting. The electric went out once for about 10 minutes due to rain and wind and as promised, the generator started itself within 30 seconds, as promised. The generator runs once a week for 5 minutes for maintenance purposes. We love having the peace of mind it brings.
